An auctioneer's week is lots in, lots written, a catalog out. This is how the owner and the people at the lots share one book, and the questions people ask first.
Who does what
The owner
Opens the book, adds the catalogers, sees every lot, brings sales in from a spreadsheet, takes sales out for the platform, and manages the plan.
A cataloger
Is given a login by the owner and writes lots at the piece, on the phone or at the desk. Each lot records who wrote it. A cataloger cannot manage the team or bring a catalog in.
Pricing
$79 a month, flat, for the house. Every lot, every sale and every cataloger is in that one price. The first 25 lots are free with no card. All of it on one page.
Login
Sign in with the email the book was opened with. A cataloger signs in with the email the owner invited. If the password is lost, reset it by email; it signs you out everywhere.
Support
The help center has short articles for the questions that come up while a sale is being written, including photographs that are not syncing, a lot number that was refused and adding a cataloger. The status page shows whether the book is answering. Otherwise write to support@lotdesk.app; there is no phone line.
