Cancelling, refunds and the card
How to cancel, what you get back, and how to change the card the plan is paid with.
To cancel, use Update the card or cancel in the plan line on the book's front page. If that link opens an email instead of a page, send it from the address the plan is paid with. The link in the receipt email the payment provider sent you also works. There is no notice period and no exit fee. Access continues to the end of the month you have paid for, and after that the book reads but does not write. Everything you wrote is still there, and the CSV can still be taken.
Refunds. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge, the current month is refunded in full. After that, fees already paid are not refunded. If a record the app had already shown as sent is lost anyway, tell us and the current month is refunded. The refund policy has the exact terms.
To change the card, use the same link, which says Update the card when a payment has failed. Lotdesk does not hold card details, and card data never reaches the book, so the card is changed with the payment provider, not here.
Before you cancel, take what the house needs: the CSV of each sale and the catalogue as a PDF. See Getting your data out.
If a charge looks wrong, give support the date, the amount and the email it was paid with.
The price and what it covers are on the plan page. Cancellation does not delete the book: to close the account and remove its records, ask for that, as described in Getting your data out.
Not what you needed? Write to support@lotdesk.app, with the details in what to tell us.
